Shipping Policy

Shipping
W.E.A.F. Candles and Jewelry accepts orders 24 hours, seven days a week. We ship orders Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, excluding Holidays.

Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent via USPS Priority Mail from Newcastle, OK. USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 1 - 3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Note: If your order that contains a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review. After which, the customer will be contacted. However, please be aware that this could delay shipping time.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. However, please take note: 1) although we ship using USPS Priority Mail, it does not mean your package will ship in two business days. 2) The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. USPS transit times are not a reflection of our production and processing time.

During the holiday season, including fall and winter, we will experience high volume of orders. Therefore, our processing time could see up to 7-10 business days.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

USPS Shipping Rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. USPS Priority transit times vary per state but typically deliver within 2-3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, USPS may experience delays that are out of our control.

For APO or FPO addresses, please expect a delay. This mail is delivered through a joint effort between USPS and the Military Postal Service that requires packages to go through customs. Transit times depend on operational conditions as well as the unit of the addressee.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We do, however, take responsibility because we know and understand how it feels to receive a damaged or lost/stolen package. We will work with you to replace your items. Wrong Address

If you've provided the wrong address to ship, you can attempt to submit a request to intercept a package via USPS.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. However, Please if you discover the wrong address has been provided, contact us immediately as we edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship.

Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it's marked by USPS as not deliverable or return to sender.

Shipping During The Summer (This pertains to melts and candles only!)

During the hotter months of the year - June through August (maybe as early as May and as late as September), we will only ship out orders Monday - Wednesday. This is to ensure that your package is not sitting over the weekend and risk melting or damage due to the heat.

We value you as our customer, which means we intend to deliver you quality in the products you receive. Therefore, with your package, you will also find your products sealed in a thermal mailer with an ice pack. Again, this is to help with keeping your products in good condition while in transit during the hot months.
